SmartHub is a way to view, pay and manage your Clearwater-Polk Electric account. You'll get a monthly email reminder when your bill is generated and an email confirming your payment was posted, if paid through SmartHub.
To set up your account, you will need your Clearwater-Polk Electric account number. Your electric account number is printed on the top right corner of your electric billing statement.
