Save yourself time and money by avoiding late payment penalties, eliminating postage and no longer writing out checks. You can choose to have your energy bill paid on time every month.
Any member that signs up for Auto Pay is entered into Clearwater-Polk's monthly drawing for a chance to win a $25.00 credit on your energy bill. Sign up for Automatic Bank Draft through SmartHub or by clicking the Auto Pay Form hyperlink below.

Terms of Automatic Bank Draft Payments
Your payment will be automatically made for you on the 20th of each month. If the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be made on the next business day. You will continue to receive your monthly energy bill indicating the amount that will be withdrawn from your bank account and the due date.
How the Electronic Bank Draft works- DO NOT PAY TWICE
The automatic payment request file is sent to Clearwater-Polk’s bank the business day prior to the due date printed on your bill. Once this file is sent, your bank account will be drafted for the total amount owed of your energy bill. If you make a payment prior to the bank draft due date and that payment falls on the same day the file is sent to Clearwater-Polk’s bank, you are risking a possible double payment to be posted to your account. If a double payment is posted to your account, Clearwater-Polk cannot guarantee a return of funds. If you think there is the possibility of a duplicate payment posting, please contact our office immediately.
